Made from Swan Valley Old Vine Grenache, this dry, fresh but complex stylemoves Rose in a new direction for Sittella.  This wine has been naturally settled by gravity over time and racked to bottle without filtering.  The subtle haze remaining are the yeast which add a touch of texture and depth on the pallet.

A single vineyard Tempranillo made from fruit that was handled with great detail. Hand-picked and bunch sorted into open-top fermenters, wild fermented, four clones matured in seasoned oak which has resulted in a wine of character unique to place & vineyard.

Sweet scented fruits, which are unique to these vineyards. Liquorice, cherries, ripe plums, perfume and flowery notes help depict the attractive complexity of this wine. Linear tannin structure that is accompanied by soft and supple tannins help allow the wine to show off its phenomenal balance that the Swan Valley is known for.
