Selected for its’ retention of natural acidity, elegance and poise, as well as its’ intensity of flavour and aromatics. After seven years of research and establishment, this is a wine we very excited to finally share.”
Aromas of white stone fruits, oatmeal, and fresh ginger and citrus are complemented with higher zesty notes. Powerful with subtle texture and citrus flavours that carry through to a long, chalky and energetic finish.
Exceptional fruit expression and complexity, with Subtle flint notes accompanied by bright grapefruit, stone fruit and citrus elements, along with some saline and wet stone nuances. Crisp, structural palate with a medium weight palate will ensure the wine ages gracefully.
